Steven Leon Newman Steps Down as a Director of Bumi Armada

Kuala Lumpur, 6 June 2017 – Malaysia-based international offshore energy facilities and services provider Bumi Armada Berhad (“Bumi Armada” or the “Company”), today announced that its Independent Non-Executive Director, Mr Steven Leon Newman (“Mr Newman”), has stepped down for personal reasons as a Director and consequently, as the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee (“RMC”) and member of the Audit Committee (“AC”) of the Board.
