KUALA LUMPUR, 24 July 2024 – Bumi Armada Berhad (“Bumi Armada”) and Navigator Holdings Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Navigator Gas”) (NYSE: NVGS), announced today that Bluestreak CO2 Limited, the 50/50 joint venture relating to the previously announced non-binding memorandum of understanding between Bumi Armada and Navigator Gas (“Bluestreak CO2”), has entered into a memorandum of understanding (the “MoU”) with international energy company, Uniper (UK) Limited
(“Uniper”), to help meet the UK Government’s aim of decarbonising the power sector by 2030.
