Bumi Armada Announces New Appointment to The Board

8 June 2015 – Malaysia-based international offshore oilfield services provider, Bumi Armada Berhad, announces the appointment of Mr Steven Leon Newman (“Mr Newman”) as an additional Director of the Company, in an Independent and Non-Executive capacity. His appointment will take effect from 1 July 2015.
