Bumi Armada Announces Board Changes

Kuala Lumpur, 30 May 2017 – Malaysia-based international offshore energy facilities and services provider Bumi Armada Berhad (“Bumi Armada” or the “Company”), today announced:

(A) the retirement of Encik Saiful Aznir bin Shahabudin (“Encik Saiful Aznir”) as a Director and consequently, as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and members of the Nomination & Corporate Governance and Remuneration Committees of the Company upon the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, 30 May 2017 (“AGM”); and

(B) the appointment of Mr Uthaya Kumar K Vivekananda as the new Chairman of the Audit Committee upon the retirement of Encik Saiful Aznir upon the conclusion of the AGM today.
