20 June, 2023 – Bumi Armada Berhad (“Bumi Armada” and the “Company”), one of the world’s largest floating infrastructure operators, today announced the signing of a non-binding memorandum of understanding (“MoU”) with Navigator Holdings Ltd. (“Navigator”) (NYSE: NVGS), the owner and operator of the world’s largest fleet of handysize liquefied gas carriers, to establish a joint venture company to provide CO₂ shipping and injection solutions in the United Kingdom (the “Bluestreak CO₂  Joint Venture“).
