Bumi Armada’s Townhall

Bumi Armada (the Company) held its third Townhall Meeting of 2016 at the Sapphire Ball Room, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur on 9 September 2016.

The CEO, Mr. Leon Harland and the Senior Management Team had been busy over the past couple of months putting together the strategy for the company and it was an avenue for them to share their insights together with the Q2 2016 financial results.

The meeting was attended by over 250 employees based in Kuala Lumpur and other employees from the global offices, joined via video conferencing. The meeting began with a safety briefing from the hotel and BAB HSSEQ Head, Roland Martland. Mr. Harland then presented the Q2 business review, observations, roadmap and the strategy moving forward.

Long service awards were presented to two employees who had served the company for 10 years. The event adjourned with tea and light snacks.
