Bumi Armada Berhad, a part of the Usaha Tegas Group, is Malaysia's largest owner and operator of offshore support vessels and one of the largest in South East Asia with over 40 vessels. We are established in Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) business and expanding in the Transport & Installation (T & I) as well as E & P business, making us a trusted service partner in the O & G industry.
Our Vision is to be the trusted premier offshore and marine services provider in every corner of the world and our strategy is to build larger, higher HP, more sophisticated DP vessels coupled with advanced services and operations, should keep us knots ahead of competitors.
As a Malaysia-based international company with an aggressive growth plan, we have invested USD 320 million in a programme 'Steel on Water' which will saw the delivery of 20 new, mostly DP2 capable vessels from mid 2006 to 2010. The first vessel in this programme - Armada Tuah 100, Malaysia's first DP-2 built vessel - is working for Murphy Oil in the Kikeh field.
We operate four strategic business units which are supported by two internal divisions:

Offshore Services Vessels : Malaysia's largest fleet owner/operator and one of the largest in SEA/Asia.

FPSO : FPSOs, Spars, TLP & Semi's and conventional early production systems. Two FPSOs in Nigeria and another under conversion for the Vietnamese field Te Giac Trang.

Transport and Installation : Pipe laying, heavy lifting and subsea and floater installation. Our derrick lay barge is in the Caspian Sea and we have a SURF vessel Acergy Hawk.

OFS Services : Seismic services, Light Well Intervention Vessel, which will be able to do subsea installation, subsea intervention and riser intervention.

EPC Services : Design and manage mainly new builds and conversions such as FPSOs and drill barges.

Fleet Management Services: Operate our own fleet, and selectively, vessels for other vessel owners.
