Bumi Armada Berhad implements a comprehensive Quality Management System which fully complies with ISO 9001:2008. Quality Management Systems – Requirements.

Bumi Armada Berhad attained DNV (Det Norske Veritas) ISO 9001:2000 Certification in 2008 covering the full range of our services, from procurement, installation and commissioning through to vessel operations and also separately for Bumi Armada Engineering (BAE). In 2009 the company upgraded both Bumi Armada Berhad & BAE Certifications through DNV audit to ISO 9001:2008, the latest version of the standard. Our Singapore projects and haven offices are also ISO 9001:2008 Certified.

Bumi Armada Berhad Management Systems are implemented in line with the following internationally recognised standards;
  • Quality Management System – Requirements Standard ISO 9001:2008
  • Environment Management System – Requirements Standard ISO 14001:2004
  • Occupational Health & Safety Assurance Standard OHSAS 18001:2007
  • MARPOL Regulations: 2002
ISM / ISPS Codes (International Safety Management / International Ship and Port Facility Security) The company operates a full Audit & Compliance program which encompasses both our OSV and FPSO fleet as well as our Corporate & Project groups. Regular audit reporting and management reviews are conducted with the aim of identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
