Bumi Armada Berhad is the largest owner and operator of offshore support vessels in Malaysia and well established and trusted service provider in the oil and gas industry. It is growing in floating production storage and offloading (FPSO), Engineering, Process, Installation, Construction and Commissioning (EPICC) and fleet management. Bumi Armada currently serves clients in Malaysia, South-East Asia, India, Mexico, Congo, Angola and Nigeria.

Malaysia-based international company with over 1,500 employees from 22 nationalities, we are looking for outstanding young Malaysians to join our team as Cadet Officers.

Current Cadet Sponsorship Programme under Bumi Armada:


2007 – 5 Cadets (4 DNS–10, 1 DME-24)
· Final year student at ALAM

2008 – 17 Cadets (10 DNS–11, 7 DME-25)
· Practical Training onboard the vessel

2009 – 55 Cadets (50 (ALAM) 25 DNS-12, 25 DME-26) / 5 (SMA) 3 DNS, 2 DME)
· Sea phase Training in August 2010

2010 – 40 Cadets (35 (ALAM) 20 DNS-13, 15 DME-27) / 5 (SMA) 1 DNS, 4 DME) / (4 DNS – 10, 1 DME-24)
· Registering at ALAM on 2nd August 2010


TOTAL: 117 Cadet Trainees
